How ThrustID handles visitor data
Last updated: April 1, 2026
This policy explains how ThrustID handles information collected on the marketing site, through demo requests, and through the tools used to operate and protect the service. Some rights and retention periods may vary by jurisdiction or by separate customer agreements that apply to visitor records at a property.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company, role, and message when you request a demo or contact us. We also collect the locale you select, UTM parameters, and other form details that help us understand where a request came from. When the site is used, we may also collect technical and usage data such as page views, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location, IP address, and security signals from anti-spam tools. If ThrustID is used to manage visitor access for a customer property, we may process visitor records and identification details that the customer or its authorized users submit into the service.
How we use information
We use this information to operate the website, respond to demo requests, follow up about our products, deliver support, prevent spam and abuse, measure site traffic, improve content and features, keep records accurate, and maintain security. We also use visitor record data to provide the ThrustID service to customers and to carry out instructions from those customers.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host the site, deliver forms, store records, send messages, measure usage, and protect the service. Those providers may include Cloudflare and other vendors that support hosting, security, analytics, or database functions. We may also share information with a customer or its authorized administrators when they are using ThrustID for their property, and we may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies, analytics, and security tools
We use essential browser storage for a few site functions, including theme preference. The site may also use analytics and security tools, including Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile, to understand traffic, detect abuse, and keep demo requests from spam. These tools and related providers may use cookies or similar technologies, and some analytics may be collected in aggregated or cookieless form. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work as intended if you disable them.
Retention
We keep demo request data for as long as needed to answer the inquiry, continue reasonable follow-up, operate the site, meet security needs, and satisfy legal obligations. We keep analytics and security logs for as long as needed for operations, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Visitor record data processed for a customer property is retained according to that customer’s instructions, the applicable agreement, and any legal retention rules that apply to the property.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. You may also be able to opt out of marketing communications. If we are processing visitor record data for a customer property, we may direct the request to the relevant customer because that customer controls the record settings. To make a request, email privacy@thrustid.com with enough detail for us to understand and verify it.
Children's privacy
ThrustID is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
International transfers, changes, and contact
Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. When data is transferred across borders, we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the transfer. We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements, and we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. If you have questions about this policy or our privacy practices, contact privacy@thrustid.com.
If you have a privacy question or want to exercise a data request, email us and we will route it to the right place.
